Manager Administration - Female

Job role:

We're looking for a skilled Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance and other staff and report to Medical Director (MD).
• Resolve patients’ issues amicably. Guide and educate patients wherever required.
• Completely oriented with Software. Ability to operate it when required.
• Keep an eye on all areas and resolve the day to day matters and liaison with the management.
• Improve facility efficiency and quality
• Timely inform to procurement department for any requirement.
• Respond to questions from doctors/nurses/patients in a timely and well behaved manners.
• Communicate with physicians and ensure that their rooms are up to date before start of clinics.
• Inspect facility and recommends building and equipment and supervise repairs and maintenance wherever required.
• Supervision of hospital support services.
• Ensure that Centre remains clean and green all the time.
• Check internal pharmacy and ensure that adequate medicines are available.
• Ensure that all patients’ medical record is kept up to date in software.
• Arrange complete documents from medical / non-medical staff including consultants. Degrees / licenses of medical staff must be received and provided to HR department.
• Inform existing and new policies to the staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters Degree in Health Management

Position 2

Phlebotomist - Male / Female

Job role:

We're looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to work with teams across the Healthcare Centre. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drawing blood, urine samples and other body fluids for lab work.
• Taking Patient Pulses, Temperature and Blood Pressure and update in software.
• Taking Patient History and update in software.
• Monitoring and Administrating Medication Injections and IV Infusions.
• Work as a team member with doctor and health visitor.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Staff should be skilled to do any medical procedure under their domain. No malpractice or multiple pricks during sampling is not acceptable
• No unnecessary communication with patients required
• Explaining reports or referring to other doctors should not be done.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid certification of Phlebotomy
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Computer Skills
